desktop bot with built-in RSS reader.

i am looking for a coder who would develop a desktop application for me. this application would take input from the user and search the web to find out the required info using the criteria chosen by the user. this criteria would include results from various search engines (& auction sites as well) and listing them in an order chosen by the user. the application will have an auto-update feature. i'll provide more info to the coders who i short list for this. the bot should be smart enough (should allow the user to select certain settings) to emulate human action and not get stopped by the search engines or other sites that dont allow bots. i want the UI to be attractive, intuitive and easy to use. it should sit in the system tray & the icons should be professional and attractive. it should allow the user to: -- save the search results (list 1 thru n) -- share with friends (email to others) -- remind me later (ask for a date and remind the user) -- schedule the searches and update the results -- manual one touch search -- auto-search -- auto-hide -- windows shell integration (right click) i would like to do the project in the following order; -- compile the features & functions -- develop mock screens, graphics, icons, splash screens & installation screens -- working prototype & debugging -- fine-tune and finalize -- debugging, testing & deployment -- maintenance (pls specify the period) as part of the deliverables, i would like to have a brief helpfile and installer package. i would share further details with the select list of coders. pls note that i would ignore all canned responses and would only entertain serious professionals. if you have already worked on something similar, then it is a plus. thanks for your interest and happy bidding! peace. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all windows (98 thru XP, including SP2). i would like the coder to specify the language (i prefer VC++ or Java but if a coder is very good he can code in VB).
