Download Historical Stock Prices

I'm looking for hopefully a free service to download historical stock prices into a data structure for later analysis on my computer. Is there a good free service to do this? With this I want a C# program that will connect to the service and download the historical prices for a period of time. The historical prices should be stored in a data structure. For example: Prices = GetPrices( StockSymbol, startdate, enddate); Obviously I would like historical dividends paid and stock splits. This is more for portfolio analysis and not for active trading to I don't need access to the upto the minute stock price. US Exchanges. I'm hoping there is a web service out there that provides this information.
