Google Adwords Expert Required

I require an expert in the specialist field of google adwords. Google adwords is completely different field to SEO, so do not apply if you are an SEO only. The job, is basically to design a campaign that will probably take no longer than 1 week for an experienced professional. And then for some weeks after it will require a small amount of time for some fine-tuning. This will see us through for at least the next 6 months. The successful bidder must have the experience to identify and 'sandbox' relevant and income generating terms, remember the more narrow the term, the more qualified the lead will be and the greater sales to conversion cost. However, the successful bidder will not need me to advise him on how to conduct the campaign as they will already be fully read with all the latest tips and tricks of google adwords marketing. They will undoubtedly already subscribe to newsletters regarding the subject and have a wealth of ongoing experience in designing adword campaigns. We have an existing account that we have been operating for the past 2 years and the response was encouraging, but recently our conversions have dropped and so we have had to pause almost all the campaigns. We have enabled cost per conversion tracking and so we can see how much each sale originating from google adwords is costing us in advertising costs. I want someone to take a fresh perspective on our current campaigns and create something that incorporates all the insider tips and tactics to energise the campaigns to give me a real return on investment for my money.
