Need 10 good proxies a day

I need to gather large amounts of data from a website, but they keep banning my IP address. I need a GOOD source of Proxies that work, at least 10 a day, in order to proxy through to this website. This data gathering is done through a PC not a server. The proxies must not be: -On an open server/proxy list -Part of the Codeen network -Transparent The proxies must be: -Useable for at least one day -Not the same ones every day -Tested to make sure it proxies thru to an actual website - not just pinged for connectiviy It is easy to find available proxies from the free lists, but they are no good. Most of them are from the Codeen network, which does not allow public connections. The proxies must be http proxies. I have tried using ProxyHunter, but I'm not getting any proxies, maybe because I don't understand the settings. You can write a script that finds the proxies (perl is preferable); Specify the settings for ProxyHunter; recommend another program that works; Refer me to a website that sells good proxy lists; or get me these proxies by any other method. I don't care where the information comes from or if I have to get it myself on a daily basis -- what I am paying for here is a solution to the problem so bid accordingly.
