Php/Sql + Lite Flash coder for Mortgage Co gen' PDFs

I need an ace db master. Project isn't so tough and if we work well together will lead to continuing work expanding this concept. I'll be providing as much HTML as possible, all of the non-code flash, and fully understand the mortgage process of course. Site is for a mortgage lender/broker. Overview is selecting a loan program (in flash), passing a few variables from flash (GET should suffice) to an HTML app, and generating a set of PDF documents based on that data. Data must be stored for retrieval / editing / and passed to loan officer. Simple email notification or SMS upon generation of docs. HTML needs a few minor conditionals (e.g. IF housing history < 2yrs, add more housing history fields til housing = 2yrs)(or if multiple borrowers, add fields for job history, etc.). </bid> phase two, just so we plan ahead and not code into a corner is to pass run credit on the fly, retrieve the data, import the debts into the application to calculate debt-to-income ratios. phase three is to setup macros to take the application data, and pass it to various lender/investor websites (as industry standard .FNM files, a dumbass space delimited format that I'm already on top of and can provide some php to start w/), procure a full binding lender approval, keyword-sort the conditions and pass to the borrower in an attractive format. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
