Russian Car Sales Website

The Russian version cannot be mechanically translated using something like babelfish. It must be natural language. I would prefer if website designer spoke Russian and English but just Russian is fine as well. I am looking ot have this doen as cheap as possible and as fast as possible. I will also want to add features to the website about a month from now . So if you do a good job now, you will have preferred treatment when I will add the additional features.
