Need a simple Website designed. The concept is simple. The page is temporary and tells visitors that the site is coming soon, there are links to email, and forum (phpbb3). Users must signup/login to access forum. Winning bidder will be responsible to implement forum, and implement a basic User management system. The most important thing i'm looking for here is web design. Templates will not work unless modified. One IMPORTANT feature of this coming soon page is a countdown clock. This clock MUST be a binary countdown clock in Javascript, or Flash. e.g [login to view URL] if you do not know what a binary clock looks like However, must only show leds(no labels/numbers), and must also show months, and days as well(in binary). This design is for a statistical analysis website, and must be designed accordingly. Winning bidder will be responsible for all design, including layout, and colour scheme. Patience, and Communication is extremely important, as design, may change until completion.
