New website for a direct marketing ad agency, to be built in Wordpress. Developer may use a template, or we would consider buying a template to speed site development work on your end. Some customization work likely required. One template we like is Helix II Wordpress template (free), or similar, for its features: Responsive design which shrinks intelligently from full display to small mobile image with icon for menu dropdown, big display home page with no side edges, grid layout pages with a 3 panel format, accommodates video built-in. Site will need a contact form to capture contact information from visitors in a database and email notification and response when data is received. It should drop down when certain links are clicked throughout the site and on header. Pages to be developed by programmer are: Home Page, and 2 or 3 basic layouts for content pages. Include social media links, blog component, SEO/Google Analytics suggestions. Training: Please include 2-3 sessions to train me on how to use the site, what key modifications you’ve made, how to work with Wordpress, and suggestions/recommendations you have once you get started. These sessions should be live, web based training, working on the actual site with a remotely shared screen. We’ll provide logo, color scheme, and will need your help creating and finding photos/display images. Project budget is approximately $400. Your ratings, past work in Wordpress and design, quality/design, price and speed will be factors in the decision. When sending quotations, please ensure you include examples of your portfolio of this type of website. We will help with design ideas and feedback. Image selection, colors and branding, and general layout will be important. The site must be professional, clean, modern, easy to use. Other work: after this site is developed, we will need three other sites built in the same general framework and expect we would utilize the designer/developer we select for this site. Many thanks.
