Populate Product Images on Open Cart Site - repost

I have a csv that matches product ID's to images, but I need help getting the images to display. For some reason when I update the product image manually through the admin panel, the product_image table creates a new entry instead of modifying the existing one. So the problem is somewhere in the table references. I used CSV Import Pro to upload the product data, but it did not work, so I then tried to update the table directly in MySQL. That didn't work either. So here I am looking for help. Thanks for bidding.
