simple mobile application in Java(.jar file)

Dear All, Would like to develop a simple mobile application in Java(.jar file). The .jar file will be store in a site. Eg. [login to view URL] Below is a scenario: 1) user click on the link([login to view URL]) with the mobile phone. 2) the link then redirect the phone to download the application "[login to view URL]" to the phone 3) after the phone have completed downloading the file, user will be ask whether will they want to execute the file 4) upon executing the file, user will then be ask whether do they want to send text message out(text message will be send to the destination number which have been set). By just clicking "yes" 3 text message will be send out, the message that will be send to the destination is being set by the sender. Features that i want to be in the jar file: A) editable file - will allow to edit the "message" that i want the phone to send and also destination "number" - 1st Priority feature B) allowed to custom how many text message to be sent out Good luck and happy bidding.
