Flash game score and Facebook/Database integration

We have a new project on which we need your help. We have a Flash game that will be working on the micro-website. The requirement is as follows: - When user logs in the first time, he will be requested to authorize Facebook for his Basic information, and Email, and he can access the game. If already registered, he will access the game directly. - At the end of the game: -- The game will send an event to hand-over the score/Language to JS/PHP. Language will be either Arabic or English and will be used to decide which language version to use for the following interface. The language should be store in the database but for the moment will be updated everytime the score is submitted. The hand-over should be encrypted to make sure that nobody can trick it. Please suggest how this can be done so that we can coordinate with the Flash developer. -- If the user has not already registered his personal information, then an overlay will show to request him to enter his Name, Email, Mobile number, Country selection from Dropdown menu (We will include the following countries: SA, AE, KW, OM, BH, QA). -- If the user has already registered his personal information (including after the first registration), then an overlay will show him his current score, his best score, and buttons to share this score in both Facebook and Twitter. This share buttons will not be integrated which means that those will be normal share that are prefilled with text/link, but still user can edit and send (and log in if needed). We also need an Admin console to access the access to the project database (user key information: name, email, mobile, country, number of times played, best score). It should be accessible both on browser and as download as .csv
