Modifying part of a script language to a different one

I need someone who is skilled at developing modifying and has knowledge of scripts and different languages. At the moment my hosting provider has "System Function disabled in server" They will not enable it for security purposes so the font feature in my script is now not working. So i need someone who can modify this part of the script from one language to another so it can work with the hosting provider. Any questions please send me message me. Thanx
