PSD file Needs to be transformed to Wordpress/BuddyPress

I am looking for an EXPERT in Wordpress / Buddypress design and coding. I need someone who is SUPER proficient with coding themes and plugins, and also who is expert in PHP and MySQL coding. I just need a very simple conversion on Buddypress. I need to be able to edit any and all text and photos on the entire website. I have PSD design I got from a designer at [login to view URL] that I need spliced into a working Buddypress theme. No design work is needed, just take the designs I give you and turn them into Buddypress. I must be able to add html coding, plugins, widgets and all into the body of any interior page. (Ex. custom contact forms or member applications) This website is for a non-profit professional trade organization. There will be an annual membership in which once professionals sign up and pay they will have access to the online social networking portion of the site (Buddypress) Website must be able to play YouTube video on home page, drop down flash from main menu bar, rest is visually self explanatory from the attached layout. I will be using the “s2member” plugin to control member access to Buddypress. I would like to see a resume and samples of your work or what you can make it look like. Explanation from [login to view URL] - We create the design … is the hardest part. - We give the design to the coder - The coder takes the psd file and hides all texts. - The coder slices the design into several pieces. - He exports the design to the css/html - Then he adds the texts - Finally he optimized the design to integrate it CMS (like: Wordpress, Buddypress Joomla, etc) Please advise 1. If this is something you like and can do.. 2. The cost to make this fully functional.. 3. The timeline.. Thank You
