Expert Joomla Developer Needed

We are looking for an expert Joomla developer for development of two custom components: 1) A component that will allow the site admin to change the background of the page without having to edit the css file directly. - Either by Changing the page color to a solid color or - Uploading a picture (no-repeat) or - Uploading a picture and tiling it horizontally and or vertically (repeat x/y or both). The component should be cross template, so it can be applied to ANY Joomla template. 2) An auto installation script for Joomla CMS which installs Joomla and a DB in one click. - The installation is made in the site root (public_html). - The user picks a name which becomes the name of the site and the installation folder. - The content of the installation is supplied by us, including text (in SQL tables), images, embedded code for a video and a template. It should also include site description and meta tags supplied by us, which will replace Joomla's tags and description. - The installation should include, beyond all default Joomla components, the following components, plugins and modules, all supplied and pre-configured by us: JCE content editor (component and plugin) Joomla Update Manager (component) AVR (component) YOO Carousel (module) - Replacement of the content in the package (text and images) should be easily done by us in the future and so as the update of the Joomla itself. - The script would be installed on a VPS.
