looking to build an etsy clone

I am looking to build an etsy clone (a marketplace that allows multiple vendors to list their items online). The site should be like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (in every respect) where one can become member, upload work, upload personal details, sell stuff, pay commission, discuss in forum, write in blogs, shopping cart, individual vendor panel, Paypal payment, and vendor statistics, etc. I prefer to use open source marketplace like Drupal, Wordpress but if you have other CMS framework, please let me know why you choose such framework.
