Need to have up to 10 customizable fields for input option for check box or text box, registration is not required, preview posting before listing, password to edit posting, completly searchable, add header and footers, color changes, email poster when ad is expiring (able to set the time) include a link to the ad, confirmation email to poste when posted with a link to the ad, allow or not html in ads, use cron to remove expired ads, keep expired ads in database for set amount of time to relist, unlimited renewals of ads, all emails sent option for text or html, admin interface able to edit, delete, able to edit text in the emails sent from admin, expired ads, renewal of ad, post, using mysql database. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
