Help with installation and configuration of PowerMTA, Interspire IEM on Linux Server

I have a Linux server and want PowerMTA to be installed with Interspire IEM. 1. Create a big PowerMTA config with sending rates and right settings with external SMTP servers such as hotmail, gmail and yahoo and others from hosting or domain name registrars. 2. Create SPF and OpendKim 3. Optimize the configuration file tweak it deliver and handle a large amount of emails / hour/ day - check that all the settings are correct. 3. Write a bash script or equivalent tutorial that explain what he did and how he did it, that one of our system administrators worker will know to do it by himself later on. 4. Do testing to ensure that the PowerMTA sends right at a sending speed correctly, and IEM works flawlessly. 5. Configure server security and ensure performance is optimal, etc. 6. Set up FTP server, MySQL, PhpMyAdmin, etc. I need a real expert in PowerMTA, IEM, PHP, MySQL, etc. for this project. Many thanks
