Oracle Express Application - CRM App

We need to develop a CRM application based on Oracle Application Express. This should be a plain looking application allowing us to perform all the basic CRM functions. Our developer prepared a basic CRM application based on HTMLD (APEX) which we have been using for the past few months. We need another one built from scratch, it will have the same look and feel, but with additional functionalities. This application needs to scale to an unlimited number of users and account profiles, and it will run on our Oracle database servers. We have screenshots of the previously build application. Our vision is for one main portal page with about 7-10 additional tabs for drill down information and CRM functions. Examples of the needed funcationalities include: -Task Management -Customer/account information -pipe line management tab -Lead Management -Product Catelog: Tab that allows us to enter up to date product information and pricing -Quoting tab -Search box: ability to search entire application by account name, customer first and last name, location, phone number, email etc -Management reporting ??" Managers need access to run reports against the accounts they cover and to export data to Excel. - It would also be nice to connect our application to outlook. We have other functionalities and will provide more detail including screen shots of our existing application , but this should provide a general idea of the size and scope of this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Oracle Application Express /linux
