Troubleshoot youtube to mp3 conversion script on linux server

I have had a website built around a youtube to mp3 conversion script. The script is not performing conversions as it is supposed to. I need someone to troubleshoot it on my server as to why it is not working and fix it. The server is linux running cent os 6.4 I will provide a link to a forum that has all the faqs about the youtube conversion script. I will also supply the instructions given with the script for installation. I need an expert in php and linux servers. I am not interested in dealing with any big companies thanks. I want to deal with one person who can keep me updated. There are some updates to the conversion script that I will need implemented in my next project that will be awarded to the freelancer that successfully completes this project.
