Website Design and Shopping Cart Setup

We would like a website designed and setup for a small ecommerce store front utilizing AGORA cart on a Linux platform. Before you bid on this project you MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE with agora cart and should be able to design the site and setup with relative ease and minimal direction. What I will provide is sample stores, which are currently utilizing agora cart; I would like the design to be derived from. Our major requirement is that the store be setup in a way that it would require minimal effort to be update by a non-technical person on a weekly or bimonthly basis. Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated. The software is already installed on our server, but it can be reinstalled to your preference we would like a custom designed product template with thumbnail listing, more listing and linear listings with no images. We would also like to incorporate Forced Selling (similar to Amazons "customers who bought this also bought") and Featured Products (select a series of products to be displayed as the main feature on the front page). I will be happy to discuss this further, if you have worked with agora cart before you should know what I am talking about. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional website and cart program with out any glitches and bugs,as well as complete instructions and documentation of administration, modification and updating the site.
