Iphone synchronised web application

Please note that I wish to have the following project set up as a "milestoned "project. I have a domain set up via " weebly". I require code to be written that I can insert via the embed code element to do the following. 1. allow for mobile and web usage 2. allow for multiple member registration ( picture, text and short video for each member) 3. allow each member to select a name with a search for similar so that no duplication of names occurs 4. allow for purchase of a product 5. allow for different catergories for member registration e.g. " sport"," adult", "general" 6. allow for a bidding feature if more than one visitor wants to activate a "look-time" call at the same time or when a member is popular to visitors. 7. allow members to enter their personal phone number within their profile however maintaining phone number digit privacy from the viewer. 8. allows a call to be made with the FaceTime (iPhone) call enabled and have the incoming call to the member appear as "look-time" 9. allow visitors to the site to purchase credit based on time . Meaning visitors can purchase e.g. 20 minutes of "look-time" credit to then spend at their leisure. Balance of unused credit to remain available for the visitor for later use. 10. enable SEO 11. set up the website so that traffic can be directed to this site 12. provide assistance and maintenance to site.
