Add feature Webservice answering GPS coordinates.

Hi sir, My name is Leonardo Medina, and I´m from Brazil. I have lots of experience in PHP and Geo coordinates. We can do it using some formulas to calculate distance between poins as longs as you have the coordinates added to the events table records. I'm an experienced Web Developer / Software Developer working since 1996 in this field, with 5+ years experience in PHP, ASP, HTML, CSS and Javascript (JQuery & Ajax), 8 years in Delphi and 1 year in Java, 2 years of experience in programming stored procedures, triggers, creating tables and relationships for SQL Server, and 10 years in mySQL; 2 year in Solr/Lucene (for full-text searches), Redis and CouchDB.
