Email notification when newAD added-on-site-using my hosting

there is a website [login to view URL] (classifieds) (I AM NOT OWNER OF THIS WEBSITE and I DONT HAVE ANY ADMIN ACCESS TO IT) I need personal notifications to my gmail when new classified ad is added to theese caterories. (my iphone will check gmails every sec so i will be up to date with new ads) I need to be informed as quickly as possible when new 'AD'' will be added to theese categories: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I need only two options (add new region or remove region) 'agenskalns'' and ''Riga'' means region in theese links so for now i will get notification from two regions.
