Prestashop XML import - repost

I need a module to import XML files from my suppliers in Prestashop 1.5.6. I need: - The script must read XML/csv data from a directory/url. - not overvrite existing products description - the script must be able of check if the product must be INSERT or UPDATED, comparing the XML with prestashop DB - Must INSERT OR UPDATE combinations and stock - save configurations for specific supplier - in the XML files there are some tags with its own url imgs. big, medium and small. These imgs must be inserted or updated into the product prestashop database - attributes for products need to be inserted, images and all data from xml like weight - Categorie mapping form suppliers to my categories - can filter brands in import - quantities for each product/size - to auto-import products recently added by supplier - to auto delete products from our site if they are removed by the supplier - retail price update based on percentage - one of my suppliers has two xml files, one with prices and quantities and other one with rest, needs to import as one - delete all products from a specific supplier from the back office - filter same products from same supplier and choosing cheaper one (also adding reference for the other one) - to resume the import if the maximum run time is exceeded - just to check new and update products, not to reimport on every check - products with a price of zero may automatically be deactivated - it can work on shared hosting - make cron job I can give xml example Thanks
