Rewrite current ASP/MSSQL website to PHP/MYSQL

Rewrite current website ([login to view URL]) to PHP/MYSQL. No design changes needed. Website should function exactly as it currently does. Website has customer "front end" and administrative "back end." Additional components needed: 1) Opt-In Box with excel email capture: Opt in box must be editable by me. This box promotes free give-aways to encourage visitors to sign up with their name and email address. 2) Optional: If possible, provide Microsoft Outlook Calendar syncing for all placed orders. Syncing should take Customer name, Item(s) ordered, Event date and event times and sync with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. 3) Optional: Mobile compatibility (if needed)
