web based job tracking system

I am looking for a system for our small company, we would like to operate a system that logs jobs, for web site building and normal print based designed worked. It also need to store all details of our customers. Name address web emails telephone etc etc. In addition we also need it to tell us automatically by email when urls and hosting is due Some of our clients have upto and above 50 hosting accounts and 50 urls per account. We need to be able to put costings on and suppliers details against jobs but this section is only accessable by certain people with a password. The main area will be for the freelance designers to be able to put notes and upload files from different locations to specific jobs. ie MR A requires a web site, we load all his details on to the job system, we then allocate that to a designer, the system can show us at a glance where he is upto by the designer updating the job sheet hours dates times etc. Please i need to see examples of work before we make a desicion this needs to be fully operational and secure.
