Porting a website on iPhone/iPad

One of my customer made an IP TV for broadcasting local news on the net. [login to view URL] For many reasons, you cannot correctly visualize the website on the iPhone. I need a programmer/webdesigner who can assist in developing a special page within this site to be suitable for iPhone rendering, OR who is able to write an app for accessing the same data (movie clips, archive search, advertising, etc..) as in the Iexplore browsed site.
