Simple Script to Check Domain Data (repost)

I am looking for a RELIABLE, fast programmer for ongoing projects. I would like to start with a very simple web based script that a good programmer should be able to complete cheap and fast. Based on several disappointments in the past, I will break it up into 3 phases in order to see how you do before moving to the next phase. Do not bid if you can not complete this by the deadline. Here is Phase 1 to bid on: PHP is preferred, but I will accept other languages as long as it is fast, functional and runs on a shared hosting account I am looking for a password protected web based script that performs the following: 1. Allows input of up to 500 (.COM) domains. -There needs to be options to input the domains from any of the following: 1. Paste in a list of domains 2. Extract .com domains from a entered website address 3. Extract .com domains from a block of text 2. The ability to check if the entered .COM domains are available with other extensions which include .NET, .ORG, .BIZ & .INFO. Also the option to check one or more of the availability of the other extensions at a time. 3. If the .NET, .ORG, .BIZ or .INFO domain is registered, they are to be checked as to whether they contain a website/webpage, and if so, an option to choose whether the found website/webpage contains specific words or phrases that I enter or have entered into a predefined list that can be edited for future searches. I want to have the option to search for websites WITH the filter or without the filter. Example: The following domains are entered: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The script checks the other extensions and determines that the the following are registered: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The script then checks to see if these domains have websites with the entered (filtered) keywords I enter, like "about us": The script returns the following info: [login to view URL] is registered and has a website with "about us" . ## Deliverables ######################################## ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS & INFO ######################################## 4. Results should also have a checkbox next to them to allow me to pick the line/s containing the original .com domain for export or further processing. 5. ability to export results to Excel (with all data) or Text file (with just .com domains). 6. Ability to sort column by clicking on column headings. 7. All results should be hyperlinked.
