Simple Drupal site

Hello, I need an experienced Drupal developer to develop a very basic Drupal setup. You must also know AJAX or Java for the side tab I have on the design. -Install Drupal, Intergate theme -Add content with a form to input thumb, title, discription and URL -Sydicate thumbs to main with newest thumb first separated by catagory -Add news -Polls -Email form -Ajax or Java for side tab Please provide a Drupal sample site that you did.
