Make tracking info provider for seller and track package like Etsy

Hello. I have a multi vendor website where sellers can provide tracking information. The fields it shows are: :: Seller View :: Like ebay sellers have to enter tracking info on my website so it shows: 1) Processing/sent/delivered (drop down) 2) Tracking link box (text box) :: I wish to make it more better. It should have these 4 boxes :: 1) Tracking number (Text Box) 2) Shipping provider (drop down) 3) Ship Date 4) Note to customer. :: Explanation :: 1) It will need to have all the fields mentioned above. :: Shipping provider field - explanation :: The shipping provider field should be drop down for seller. The seller can choose the service via drop down and enter all the details. Shipping services must have a tracking link on them so when buyer clicks track package at their side it should open popup and show the package transit. Explained below :: Buyer View :: On buyer view it should show these infos. SHIPPED On Dec/11/11 From "Seller City" to "Buyer City" In drop down it should show a track package button. When clicked there it should show a popup and in popup it must have all the package transit details like in screenshot attached. PLEASE DO NOT FAKE BID.
