Project Description: We are currently looking for: PHP coder Work to be done: 1) Design or modify PHP software. 2) The software has to be in English language, without any spelling and grammar mistakes. 3) The software has to be professionally designed, as defined by the project poster, and any design or programming changes must be immediately implemented by the bidder/worker without any additional costs to project poster. 4) The software content and design requirement to be provided by the project poster 5) The design and menu style to resemble a website, to be provided by project poster. 6) If the initial and subsequent design or programming software provided by the bidder/project poster is unacceptable, it is mutually agreed that the project can be terminated in favor of the project poster, without any payment to bidder/worker. 7) All work provided to project poster, is copyright by project poster, and shall not included any components that can not be copyright of project poster. All work and material provided to the bidder/worker is strictly confidential and the bidder/worker agrees not to disclose or disclosing of the information and any work provided to bidder/worker, provided by the bidder/worker work to project poster. Tasks list requirements: Even though this is per hour project. By bidding on thus project, you agree that you will be working on per task basis, and for each task you will be paid he maximum amount of time. The list of tasks will be edited constantly and next to each task you will get the number of hours I allow for that task. If you go over with more hours per feature or task, as listed, you will only be paid for the number of hours maximum listed on your task list, only if and assuming you complete the task before deadline and as requested. All tasks are paid on semi monthly basis. Compensation: Maximum bid to be considered: as per the post As posted, Independent contractor work. Paid according to experience on per assigned and completed task basis. Skills: 1) Excellent organizational and punctuality skills & attention to detail. 2) Ability to work effectively within a team environment. 3) Responding to work assigned and posts on assigned TODO list on daily and immediate basis within one our of request, communication. 4) Have good command of English language (speaking and writing) with no spelling or grammar mistakes. 5) Have good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 6) Work fast, be a quick learner, with an ability to multi task. 7) Work independently PLEASE REPLY TO THIS POST WITH: Response to each requirement point on this project post.
