Setup Multi-Tor on centos server

This project should be simple for the right person. All I need is for someone to get this [login to view URL] working on a CentOS box which already has Tor installed on it. Once multiple Tor instances have been started by this script you will need to make a simple PHP curl page to show that there are indeed 3 different IP addresses being connected through. We have Tor running but for some reason just cant seem to get the multiple instances running correctly. We will supply you with a CentOS server ready to use. We need this done ASAP so only applicants who are able to start now will be considered.
