Create an ActiveX Component

I have a class (.cls) that has functions for an rs232 device. i need these functions to be converted into a ACtiveX component. Currently i have a MSCOMM for communication, but i would like the converted ActiveX component to have its own code for communication so that it does not relay on mscomm activeX component. I have enlosed a protocol for the rs232 device and also have enclosed the class that i have wrote..... If you have any questions please ask.... The enclosed document contains all the protocols for this device, the coder has to check each function and make sure it is being implemented correctly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 98 SE and above
