autopay the auth amount.

Hi, I have a website on which an user can create post online advertisement of his event for which he can sell tickets as well. In current we are holding payments on [login to view URL] that auto transfer the amount to admin bank account as soon as the amount get captured. What i want is a way so that til the time the registration is going on amount keep adding in hold/auth and as the registration gets over the amount go gets transfer automatically to the person who is selling his tickets. Is here any one who has done such process? Let me know.
