General Joomla/Virtuemart Work - Long Term Provider Needed

We are looking for a long term partner to help us maintain and administer our website We run a e-commerce site based on Joomla & Virtuemart. It is a stock build with very few changes. We need a few things done to it at the moment. And if done well then it will be a long term relationship. 1. Mirror of the site created on our development server. Very simple process, just copy files and change a few config files to new server path. We can provide the instructions if needed. 2. Integrate Google Anaylytics code throughout the site and checkout stages. Simple job & We can provide instructions. 3. Change the text on a few of the checkout pages. 4. Remove a few bugs in the site. 5. Update Joomla & Virtuemart to latest versions without losing custom checkout pages. 6. CHMOD all files to recommended settings. 7. Identify differencs between our site and clean Joomla/Virtue install for future reference. 8. Implement change of shipping policy. (Currently all Free, we need to charge according to product type) 9. Create more realistic & multiple page testimonial section. (Currently single page) 10. Try and get native friendly URLs working and SEO addon. (Not Essential) It is not a great amount of work, just minor edits and changes. We want to find a partner we can rely on to do the work for our site when needed in future. Especially when Joomla 1.5 comes out. When submitting bids please demonstrate that you understand the project and how you plan to fulfil the requirements. Winner will be person who has a balance of lowest price and demonstrates best understanding and capability for the project.
