Google Landing Page for maximize score

The existing html website is designed not to maximize the google ad score. Now, I would like to have landing pages which will be integrated with the existing html website and the flash page of our company. The requriements are: 1. Purpose is to maximize the google ad score by the new google ad landing page 2. Good page layout with photos, videos (youtube) insert into the page 3. The pages should be integrated with the existing html website and the flash page of the company I am not the professional and require an expert to advice how to achieve the purpose and therefore the service provider has to be flexible for change if you are also not familiar with the google ad. I believe that there are a lot of resources available you can study before committing the job.
