Magento: One item store landing page

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CUSTOM MILESTONES OR PAY ANY AMOUNT BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE! THERE WILL BE A MILESTONE FOR EVERY STEP IN THIS PROJECT! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FIRST: Attached you will find a picture of how the store looks at the moment. We are planning to open a store for computer games, where we will sell one game every two weeks (kind of like Humble Indie Bundle but without Indie games and no bundle). Thus, all we need is an index page that looks like a product detail page / landing page with a few features that meet our requirements (for details, see below). We already have a working template / design, but you will need to adjust it accordingly. => We will provide .PSD files => We will provide template documentation => You will have FTP, database and backend access => You will be needed to work on OUR server (no exceptions) MILESTONE 1 [LANDING PAGE]: Custom store front. A customized index / landing / product page with ONE product (designated by active/not active in the backend). Users should NOT be able to browse other products/categories. The template we use will give you easy access to layout features. The landing page should consist of the following elements: * Product picture * Product description * Price tag * Attributes shown (like "System requirements") * Social sharing options * Amount change buttons (+ / -) * "Buy" button => PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHED LAYOUT SKETCH MILESTONE 2 [SINGLE CHECKOUT PAGE OVERLAY]: When a customer wants to buy that product, a single checkout page should open in a lightbox, so that in the background you still see that landing page / one product page. MILESTONE 3 [PREORDER]: Customers should be able to preorder, if the release date set in the backend is in the future. Once the product is released, customers should be able to buy it without an admin doing / changing anything. So a nice automatic transition between preorder and order is needed. MILESTONE 4 [SALE COUNTDOWN]: Every sale is time limited. So we need the customer to see how long the product will be on sale (countdown) and also a way to lock the product after the countdown is down to zero, so it can't be bought anymore. MILESTONE 5 [AUTOMATIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT]: Every product is going to be cheaper the higher amount you buy. We want customers to see the price change happening in real time, while they change the amount.
