Magento Webstore and implementation

You need to have intimate knowledge and expertise in all aspects of magento (eg modifying, tweaking, templates, back and front end coding, checkout modules, payment modules, shopping and shipping, blog modules, SEO etc). I have a designed theme template that id like to use. This ofcourse therefore assumes you have design skills etc too. However its mostly done and you will simply need to tweak and or optimise certain sections. Emphasis on artistic beauty, functionality, high quality work with end result that works flawlessly and beautifully.
