325827 Need Site images updated

I have a site [login to view URL] I have a new image that I need HTMLized, links hyperlinked to correct links and turned into the mainhomepage. Then all the sub-pages I have an image in need all the sub pages incorporated into. I need all links on each page to be active not static. Need done within 1 day. If not done with in specified time full refund will be provided.
