Retro Gas Station Dreamweaver Website Template Design

Wise Gas is a small alternative fuel company which specializes in converting cars to run on CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), building CNG Stations, consulting, training, maintenance and repairs. The name Wise Gas was chosen to be just a bit "sarcastic" (Wise Gas/Wise Ass) in it's tone and we pride ourselves on having a good sense of humor. We'd like a website template that captures a retro spirit where we can promote our modern technology/services. Our inspirations are retro gas station art of the 1950's, Mad Men, Route 66. We're open to Flash, but prefer the site to be primarily content driven with minimal bells and whistles. Our current website is tragically dull - we want it to be fun, bright, retro and eye-catching! The template must be Dreamweaver. We will add the content ourselves from our current site. We're mildly web-savvy, but hopeless in design/graphics. The only thing we are keeping from the current website is the text. We need an entire new look. We're happy to use the same template basics for all pages for consistency. We'd like someone who can complete it quickly. Must be creative, clever and appreciate irony. :)
