RPG Website Developer

We are an Indie of over 40 developers working on a single RPG AAA quality game. We are looking to contract out our website dev for our collectible Trading Card Game. We are looking for an individual or company to design a very cool site that's sci-fi/fantasy themed. Unlike other website sites, this one will not be as complicated and just serve as a portal to our Trading Card Game that can be played online. This POST is for only the GUI/website design and putting together the other pieces that will also be contracted out on Freelancer.com (Commercial engine/contact mgmt system and User Forum, Trading Card Game engine) We would prefer to have mock ups done in a week and to have all screens done in 2-3 weeks. We will provide some concept art and thematic pieces to help you put together the site. Web developers needs to have the following experience: CMS (DotNetNuke), ASP.net Framework, JQuery, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS and mySQL. Desired but not neccesary: C++, Java and experience with RedDwaft Server. There is an opportunity for those who we really like, to get an equity piece...
