Seattle Based Web Developer needed

Hello, before you bid please note **** YOU MUST BE BASED IN SEATTLE WASHINGTON**** We will not respond to you otherwise so don't bother. Now, with that tid bit out of the way, we are looking for a team or an individual to help us finish and set up a website we had developed. We were working with another company but I'm afraid we've reached their technical limitations and now are left with a half built site. We need you to be based in seattle because frankly, we're sick of typing and want to meet in person to discuss the project. A couple of things we'll need to be completed: 1) we've designed a user dashboard - we need you to create and implement the code on our site 2) we need a tooltip system put in place 3) We need your help pushing the site live we can discuss the project further once an agreement is reached.
