Web site programing, Php, Symfony (ATI), apostrophe (CMS)

Hi, I am looking to hire a contractor to do the programming for my dynamic website. The requirements are that the programmer learns and uses Symfony for the Advanced Template Interface and Apostrophe for the Content Management System. If you do not already know this framework and CMS, consider this as a perfect opportunity to get paid to learn. It is basically like Ruby on Rails but much nicer, better and newer and easy after you spend a little time with it. These skills will go a long way. The website will be dynamic and utilise a Mysql database. All formating and graphics will be referenced from the graphic design file which has been contracted out as an individual job. This job is specifically the programming only. No formatting is to be written in the code. All modules must be clean and fulfil the requirements of no hidden formatting. Please supply proof of code when applying. Contractors must be prepared to Skype on a regular basis for updates and discussions.
