Website for Dentist some flush and wordexpress or joomla to design

Hello We are looking for a good website designer to create a website. it is going to be for dentist please send us you ideas of design we like Joomla or word press contest management. Also in the website we will put about 20 forms so customers can send information to us like records and personal information. We also want a person that can understand security for the forms and https certificates. We will provide with all the context and ideas including logo. We need to be able to put videos, blogs, chat and more. Also social media links. Please send us your ideas with proposal and portfolio. With good explanation of what you want to do for us. You also will be in charge if the forms using PHP or some other programming code. The job is complete including the forms and we have it as ASAP project what i mean you get selected you have to deliver very soon. As extra we have logo image jpg we need a master to convert from image to vectorized so we can have good quality in logo. Please review attachment with logo and example of website. This is a good project if you want to start as freelancer with good feedback.
