Wordpress Child Theme

I Have a wordpress website that uses a real estate theme. I want to make some modifications to the layout of the homepage and I want those modifications made to be a child theme. I want the child theme to be a separate theme in the admin area of wordpress so that way I can switch between themes if I needed to do so. The modifications of the homepage include adding social bookmarks icons and modifying the layout of the homepage. I need someone with strong skills with wordpress,widgets, PHP and .CSS. For further details of the projects, PM me and I will give you the name of the website and all the information. I will escrow 50% of the project to your account if you selected. Escrow will not be released until the project is finish and I start testing. Once I'm happy with the outcome I will release the escrow and make the final payment. Project is to be completed within 3 days. Budget for project is $150
