Hello! This sounds like a simple fix. Is it a PHP script, or JavaScript? Either way, it looks like it's having trouble connecting to the server, or at least communicating with it. I'm a Computer Science major, specializing in PHP and Web Development, do you have the script file that I could look at? I can tell you right away if I will be able to fix it for you.
