Redo graphic for website to be transparent

Hi all, I need the logo for this website: [login to view URL]~stormcreations/[login to view URL] made transparent and resized, with the "white box" around it eliminated, so that it blends nicely with the background. I've attached the .PSD (Photoshop) of the logo that needs the work. Samples are appreciated if possible.
