Buddypress designer/developer needed

I need a Buddypress designer and developer. We are having a lot of project, where we need people with more buddypress experience. Ongoing, we have a big project with buddypress included. Here we will need some redesigning. The main wordpress page is already professional designed by a webdesigner, but we need a bether buddypress designer to complete the buddypress part. After that, we also have some functions which will be needed developed (will tell more about in PM). But please give your bid for some buddypress designing.
