Guest Book Required

I want a simple guest book function on my website; guest book will be on sub domain like [login to view URL] very simple layout on right side will be three field (Name*, E-mail, Message*) on the left side that message will show but when I allow (I will able to delete, hide, permit facility) and last updated message will show on main website, website is static so I want iframe or something I do not want any programming on my main website. Main objective of guest book is just people give me comments they like website, they like our work or if there is any problem, anything! You do not need to design or HTML work, if you want design and HTML work I can provide you. Budget is low and next job will be website blog.
