JQuery Multiple Session Task

Creating a conference website there are multiple sessions that need to be create, up to 7. These will need to be labeled in 7 minute increments. Concurren Session I letter D Box 1 - Label time is 10:50 Box 2 - Label time is 10:57 Box 3 - Label time is 11:04 Box 4 - Label time is 11:11 Box 5 - Label time is 11:18 Box 6 - Label time is 11:25 Box 7 - Label time is 11:32 Box 8 - Label time is 11:39 Concurrent Sesssion IV letter B Box 1 - Label time is 10:40 Box 2 - Label time is 10:47 Box 3 - Label time is 10:54 Box 4 - Label time is 11:01 Box 5 - Label time is 11:08 Box 6 - Label time is 11:15 Box 7 - Label time is 11:22 Box 8 - Label time is 11:39 Box 1 should have at the top 10:40, Box 2 should have 10:47, Box 3 10:54, Box 4, 11:01, Box 5 11:08, Box 6, 11:15, :-Box 7 11:22 Box 8 11:29 the condition during the times that I provided must display in each box if any user selects a country and title, it becomes unavailable during that time. Which means no other user can select the same option during the same time period. After submit form it is no longer available to all users, so box 1 (10:40) concurrent session D selects Australia and then title, after submit Australia and same title will no longer be available.
